  • 1 lb floor pork sausage
  • 4-5 C prepared rice, ready with poultry broth
  • 2 C poultry broth
  • 3/4 C natural bell pepper, diced
  • 3/4 C yellowish onion, diced
  • 1/4 C celery, diced
  • 1/4 C flour
  • 1 Tbsp bacon grease or cooking food oil
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 2 Tbsp new parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp dried out oregano
  • 2 tsp dried out thyme
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp floor black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. In a big skillet, warmth bacon grease or cooking food oil.  Add floor meat and sausage and brownish.
  2. As meat starts to brownish, add diced bell pepper, onion and celery.
