Ingredients

  • 8 oz . of bacon chopped
  • 1 small whitened onion chopped
  • 1 cup iced peas and carrots
  • 3 eggs gently beaten
  • 3 cups cooked whitened rice
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce to taste
  • green onions cut for garnish

Instructions
